This is the greatest florist in Oakland. A real artist. I found him by accident when I worked downtown, and have never been disappointed. He would make little $5 -$10 arrangements for my desk, and more expensive ones delivered to people on special occasions. He can arrange flowers beyond my expectations. He had pictures of arrangements you can choose, but I recommend you give him free reign and see what you get. 10 stars.

I sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday and they were beautiful. I needed same day delivery. The flowers were delivered less than 40 minutes after ordering them. Truly AMAZING. Thank you so much, she loved them.

Dan, Owner and Floral Artist, at City Bloom creates show stopping arrangements! I've ordered for my mother-in-law; friends; clients; and myself. Each arrangement is unique, architectural and full of texture, color and beauty. The arrangements LAST for much longer than any others I've ever received. If you're looking for stunning flowers for yourself or for someone you love, I can wholeheartedly recommend City Bloom. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. They even have plants too! Dan is professional, and his arrangements are a work of art!!

Dan at City Bloom is a true artist with his floral arrangements. My breath is taken away every time I see a new creation. Strongly recommend going to his shop looking at all the cute trinkets and getting a floral arrangement.

Very infrequently will I love a company so much that I will bother leaving a review - but this charming flower shop won me over - the owner Dan is lovely, warm, kind, and so talented! I was in a wedding where he did all the flowers and I absolutely adored my petite rose floral crown. I felt just as special as the bride. May you be so lucky to work with Dan for your special arrangements! He’s truly the best in the Bay Area!!

City Bloom in Oakland is like a hidden gem, and let me tell you, Dan is an master with creating stunning floral arrangements. Walking into the shop feels like stepping into a cozy haven, and Dan's just has this way about him that makes you feel right at home. His passion for flowers is apparent, and it really shows in the gorgeous bouquets he puts together. Honestly, I've lived in a bunch of places, but Dan's creations stand out as some of the best I've seen, no kidding! Whenever I need to surprise my friend, her daughter, or her mom, I always swing by City Bloom, because Dan never disappoints. His arrangements are like little pieces of art, each one unique and absolutely beautiful. Despite the top-notch quality, Dan keeps his prices fair. Living in different places, you kind of learn to appreciate the good stuff when you find it. Whether you're looking to brighten someone's day or add a touch of elegance to a special moment, Dan is it. GORGEOUS original and thoughtful arrangements, this is that local florist with the kind of eye you wish you had for arranging flowers. Reasonable prices and nothing looks like it came from a corporate design shop. The photos don’t do these arrangements Justice. Wonderful surprise.

Can't recommend this place enough! Excellent service delivered with passion and a warm smile. A place brimming with wonderful and surprising plants which are put on display with a sharp eye for bringing the beauty out in each petal and flower. Amanda gave knowledgable guidance and helped me find the perfect plants for my home. Thank you to Amanda, Dan, and Jennifer for giving me an excellent and extraordinary experience :)

Outstanding Arrangements! Every time we send or receive an arrangement the flowers are beautiful and fresh. The creativity of each arrangement is like no other. It's ART! You can see the workmanship, pride and care put into each one. I can't see us ordering from anywhere else in the BAY AREA. This is the goto for the very best flowers and plants. City Bloom was recommended to us from, "The Plant Lady" who makes our office beautiful with her special touch on our plants. I'm not surprised at how impressive this place is and why she referred us to City Bloom. Great Work...Thank you! Your flowers bring so much joy to everyone.
